Harley Davidson is set to launch electric bike Del Mar

Green Curved Line

Harley Davidson recently announced that it will launch a new electric bike under the LiveWire brand.

The new electric bike will be in the mid-weight segment. It will focus on providing an electric bike experience.

It will be built on the company's proprietary modular, scalable and modular 'Arrow' platform. This platform will be positioned as a cheese-friendly addition to the mid-weight segment.

Harley will make additional bikes that are based on the same platform as the LiveWire S2 (System 2 models).

LiveWire S3 models will be lighter and LiveWire S4 heavyweight models. The premium model, the H-D LiveWire One, will remain the brand's flagship model (despite its high price).

Although the Del Mar S2 bike falls in the middleweight category, the same platform can be used to make lighter EVs.

We look forward to introducing our first product under LiveWire's Arrow architecture during the second quarter.
