Building Replaced By Overshield In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
Yes, you read that right, one of the main aspects and a key differentiator of Fortnite from other games, building, has been removed. Reports suggest that this change is likely to be temporary as the key feature may have a comeback in future updates. Replacing building as a means of shielding from an enemy’s attack will be overshield.
Overshield will be your first line of defense that will deplete before your actual shield and health bar takes a hit from the opponents’ firing. However, the overshield will replenish after a while, just like the shields do in the Halo series.

Movement Upgrades
This season, Fortnite will see one of the much-needed movement upgrades, mantling being added to the game. The feature allows players to jump onto buildings and hold onto the ledge and pull themselves up with their hands. This is crucial when you are trying to jump onto buildings or elevations which are either too high or too far for you to land on your feet. Surprised to see it being added to the game so late but this will surely make the game exciting.

Players can vote on whether or not a device in-game should be unvaulted. The most talked-about device is the turret. Players will be able to vote to install of either a light turret or a heavy turret to blast vehicles with the latter one being difficult to use but dealing a lot of damage.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 Unlockable Characters
The new characters can be unlocked with a Fortnite season 2 battle pass. Battle pass holders can unlock sorcerer supreme Dr. Strange. The Master of Mystic Arts, Doctor Strange isn’t the only Marvel character that can be unlocked. The stealthy, world-class criminal Prowler can also be unlocked as the season progresses.
Battle pass holders will get Tsuki 2.0 as soon as they buy the pass while Gunnar, Erisa, The Imagined, Kiara K.O., The Origin and The Imagined can be unlocked.
