Oklahoma Earthquake, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake shakes the state, Tulsa and Kansas City also effected

On Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported that a 4.5 earthquake struck near Kansas and Oklahoma’s border.

It could be felt in Wichita and Kanas as well as Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Tulsa (Oklahoma). They are all located over 80 miles from the epicenter.

It is not known if the earthquake caused any damage in Kansas or Oklahoma.

There are no immediate reports of any injuries or damages. According to the USGS, most structures in the area are “resistant to earthquake shaking,” but there are vulnerable structures.
